We were asked to Production Manage the creation and operation of the driver, team and sponsor hospitality for the inaugural year of the all women formula 3 race series 'W-Series'. The impressive design of a modular double deck glazed, steel structure complete with team offices, drivers changing rooms including washing and massage facilities, and double storey hospitality space. The structure would travel to 6 circuits around Europe requiring 10 trucks and then being forked and craned into place. With this being the first year the race series had operated and with many stakeholders having various requirements this made the very short lead time project a exciting challenge.
Premium Automotive Race Series Hospitality

Since 2019 we have provided production services to the hospitality structure for a premium automotive manufacturer's race championship. The series consists of 8 race weekends supporting British Touring Cars across the UK. Our role is to plan the site layout and co-ordinate all of the relevant infrastructure, structure and internal fit out installation, operation and removal. With the structure being an inflatable, there is an increased on-site standby role to monitor power and weather implications. The structure is a hospitality space for the drivers, teams, sponsors and invited guests, so it is essential we maintain a premium front of house experience at all times. Close teamwork with the caterers is also a large part of the job, but the crew catering is possibly the best we've ever had.
